About us

P24 Legacy is a European initiative dedicated to promoting the development of blind football and inclusive sports.

This project results from a partnership between two organizations committed to advancing the inclusion of athletes with disabilities and expanding access to adaptive sports.

The Paris Université Club has been a key player in the sporting life of Paris and the Île-de-France region since its founding in 1906. Historically based at Stade Charléty, it also utilizes no fewer than 45 other sports facilities across Paris, including those of the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris. The PUC boasts over 9,000 licensed members across 40 different sports disciplines. The club aims to promote sports for all, whether it be young athletes in training, amateurs seeking a structured environment, or elite athletes striving for excellence. Its commitment extends beyond competition, emphasizing well-being, health, team spirit, and social inclusion. As both a local and national player, the club collaborates with institutional and private partners to enhance access to sports.

Blind children can’t see a ball, but they can hear it!  We designed a special ball that jingles so that all children can play with it.

Footballs for blind adults are available on the market, but they are too heavy for a child; they weigh more than a half of a kilogram. Elias Mastoras, the founder of Youthorama NGO, created the world’s first mini football for blind children. This lightweight football, designed with bells inside for audible tracking, is unavailable in stores. It can only be donated to blind or visually impaired children, or young people and their schools.
